However, the added THC in CBD oil must be no more than 0.3 percent. Be sure to check the packaging of your CBD oil to see exactly how much THC it contains. The low 0.3 percent ensures that the CBD oil has no psychoactive effects. According to Dutch Customs, this legal CBD oil can be taken to other EU countries without problems.
